Learned it from my sister. When prompted for the dimensions of her couch she gave one number, and when asked further she repeated that one number. It was really clear and helpful, I suggest you all do the same

@Aeri_ basically my mom asked for the dimensions (length, width, height) to see if it would fit in the car but my sister only said the length, and when asked again for the other either dimensions kept repeating the length instead of giving the others

I seriously thought you were referring to how things fall in the couch and disappear and said they only have one dimensions
