I can't think of one on the top of my head. I don't use them enough to really know.

Have you ever went to one that was too much for you?

in China they still have floor toilets (if you've ever seen those) and public floor toilets can be truly truly horrific especially if one is going no. 2 but at the end of the day if you have to go you have to go lol

When you use them, is that you don't mind them or that you don't really think about what might have transpired in the stalls?

honestly it's both, i never really had to use a bathroom that was dirty and when i feel the physical need to do so i don't think about anything else

Yeah, they are. I just always feel like every public bathrooms would be dirty, maybe I was wrong

In Japan I'd visit a public toilet without hesitation. Here in Germany I try to avoid it.
That being said, I always have disinfectant spray in my Fanny Pack. So I'd be more concerned about the lack of toilet paper.
