Some jobs only tiny fraction of the pop can really do, and are critical to society.
Ie the number of ppl that even have the skill set to be trained as a trauma specialists, neurosurgeon/heart surgeon ect is tiny. Let alone teh number of ppl who make it into those specialties from that sub set.

Some jobs are super important to keep society going. That includes jobs that require high levels of education and specialty, like doctors (particularly specialized ones) and jobs that don't need as much, like farmers maybe. Others are jobs that help enhance life, like an artist perhaps. There's nothing wrong with having a job in an area that enhances life rather than being required to keep it going because we have enough of both. But a doctor could be saving a life, and while an artist can make peoples experience on earth better, it isn't as much of a life and death thing as a doctor for example could be.

definitely, for example people in the medical or criminal field are working jobs that are vital to society, while other jobs keep the world running smoothly but don't require as much or contribute to being crucial in today's world, but some jobs make people's experience of the world better, such as singers, actors, artists, so every job has its role in society
