Do you bias an idol much younger or much older than you? (10+ years) (1 Viewer)

[Yili]

Of course for some this is an easy answer like if you got into kpop in your 30s then most of the idols are going to be younger than you

For me, the idols that I bias....well my bias in P1HARMONY is a 2005 liner so he is 6 years younger. But there is no 2009 debuted idol yet thank god LOL
For older idols, I stan Heechul in Super Junior and he's more than 15 years older than me

Because I don't look at biases as "romantic or my ideal type" situations it's not that hard to bias people way older or way younger because I don't think of them in a romantic way.

[Ahsoka]

Jonghyun was about 10 years older than me, he's the only one.

[Magician]

Nope, my youngest bias is around three years younger than me

Older… maybe Taeyeon? She's more than 10 years older

it is odd to think that 89 liner idols are technically that much older than me they don't feel that old

Taeyeon is a classic no matter the age

[Magician]

Taeyeon is a classic no matter the age

True, she is a queen

Yeah my gut instinct was to say no until I checked his age

[blueberries]

No, they are mostly +5, -5 range.

I mean Yongguk is a year older than I´m which is a miracle in this business and Minho is almost two months younger than I´m. I like them both as musicians and as men. ♥ realistically and platonically of course.
as for my other biases that are younger than me Lucas, Seonghwa, Ravn, Keeho, Sunoo ... I just see them as awesome, fun musicians, perhaps if I had to make it personal as brothers? not every "biasing" has to be romantic. I also don´t think that every single person saying "he is a handsome boy" to a minor has to be a podophile.

[Tickita]

Same, I'm not out here being romantic about my biases. Yunho has 10 years on me

[eclipsoul]

sungkyu, hyosung and taeyeon are all like 12 years older than me. i never paid much attention to that since i don't care about my faves' age unless they're like 13 since i'm against minors debuting especially so young. also outside of kpop some of my favourite artists are over 40 and even 50 years older than me so the kpop age differences are nothing

[Michael]

All of them are much younger.

[Juniverse]

My SJ bias is 17 years older than me

[StrayMixx]

Jimin is the oldest younger idol I bias - he's a '95 liner while I'm an '86. So yeah, everybody is younger than me. lol

[Ariadne]

onew is 15 years older, daesung about 16, krystal 18, heechul an entire 22 lmao

i don't think i bias anyone younger than me

[Jimimis]

Most are ~decade+

luckily people around my age are debuting now

baekseung plug

[Willow]

Most of my biases are around my age...
Youngest one I have is a 2002 liner

[Abeamus]

Nope all of my biases are fairly close to my age

[Kamistar]

Nope, my ult is 7 years older (and other idols I stan are about 5 yrs older)

[LoveYooShaSha]

My kpop biases are all younger than me: from Sica to aespa's Winter.

Cos My age is older than average kpop fan/KS forum member-among top five oldest here i think; maybe 4th or 5th oldest here.
