yes, sadly they don't work. only one that works for me is mom-alarm.

i try to be as hygienic as possible but sometimes doing even basic things like brushing my teeth are emotionally draining to me :(

thats okay. just be gentle with yourself and remember that getting out of bed is already a huge achievement. hope you dont beat yourself up over the things you couldnt manage today and celebrate your successes instead, no matter how small they may seem~ ♡
