i do it really often, drinking water is the only thing good for my health that i actually never forget to do

see, im the opposite, i just forget all healthy stuff

i like a lot of different herb teas
especially camomille, fennel, ginger, turmeric, licorice root, dandelion etc

yes I just categorize it differently cus it's a different taste and feel for me

Honestly, minimally. I usually drink tea now. Iced Tea. Although, I recently found out the tea I was drinking was loaded with sugar and calories.. I have since drank sugarless tea, which is 5 calories a serving and not likely to increase weight gain.

i'm good with drinking actually, more than one 1.5 litre bottle each day. hopefully it makes up for my poor eating habits and other not-so-healthy things i do to myself

I honestly drink like no water....I drink a little when I take a shower bc I like being hydrated in and out lol when showering. So probably like a bottle a week?
