Dinner is usually on time... Well in the night hours from 4-7 usually. I don't eat breakfast and lunch is not timed.

do I consume food in between these? Depends.

Same for me If I’m not hungry it doesn’t make sense to eat.

Sometimes i just eat when its been too long since my last food intake, like more than a couple hours. Others its when im hungry. Then there's the last takeout order deadline, which i scramble to go the place 5 minutes away n get my order in 15 minutes before they close their orders. So it varies for me. Eating meals on time seems to hv gotten worse for me. I used to eat on time/when hungry. It slowly changed until 2019, then it exacerbated in 2020~2021.
