And you're just annoyed at everyone and everything and you're unable to uplift your mood no matter how hard you try. And you don't want to talk about it with anyone because you don't even know why you're upset, and you're just so drained you don't want to try and figure out, all you want to do is yell at everyone who has slightly inconvenienced you recently and then you feel even worse because they wouldn't deserve it at all
