when I read aloud, yeah. my reading voice always comes out in a monotone, no matter how much effort I put into sounding "normal" lol I can come off as robotic in texting, too, depending on what's being said and if I think it requires more than a one word answer.

For me if my mood isn’t good texting can feel a bit robotic. But not usually. I guess irl it can happen to in the same situations but maybe a bit less.

no both when I talk and my texting style are very emotive and personable, but only if I feel comfortable enough to open up and be myself more :")
if I don't feel comfortable around someone I do get robotic, closed off, and stiff

When I’m not in a good mood I don’t pretend to be but am not mean either so just give short responses and people don’t understand that I’m not in a good mood (bc I’m not good at expressing my emotions)

but generally I smile a lot even when someone is serious which is t good either

but yes generally bc I am very neurodivergent so I talk too much or say smth in a way that sounds passive aggressive but was just straight up and have to clarify
