Do you ever take stairs 2 at a time? (1 Viewer)

Rather than walking 1 step at a time do you ever take the stairs 2 steps at a time? One of my coworkers just did that and sprinted up the stairs in like 3 seconds it scared me

I usually don't, only if the stairs are very steep
