Um actually...I have a hard time falling asleep most days. I think it's because of my ADHD and a combination of that with my anxiety problems. I'll be really really tired and then go to sleep and suddenly think of all the things I could've done wrong throughout the day and then there goes hours of time I could be asleep.

I decided to go to sleep at a certain time, then stayed consistent with it. Also, I get up when my body wakes up in the morning, whether or not I'm still tired. Since I'm still tired I can go to sleep at night and hopefully be out quickly. I also do a breathing exercise. If I'm wide awake it's because my mind is focused on negativity, so that's why I breathe.

I've done this for so long that I now get tired by like 11p.

I never fall asleep quickly unless if I’m really exhausted. I usually take a few hours to sleep

Depends on the day. I can usually fall asleep pretty fast, but sometimes it'll take me forever.

It depends actually. When I'm really tired I mostly fall asleep after 10-15min.
When I'm not tired I usually need 30-60min.
Since I also got a sleep disorder I have HUGE problems to sleep through the night. I wake up like every 1-2 hours which is super annoying.

I usually stay up til around 4 and crash within ten minutes when I go to sleep
