It stops me from falling asleep, literally every little noise, I’m very sensitive to sound - but once I’m asleep I’m a very heavy sleeper, as in I can have 17 alarms at top volume on my phone and still sleep thru them all

I need repetitive sounds like ocean waves or a music box to put me to sleep, but non-repetitive noises like someone coughing or a microwave dinging will keep me up for hours. Once I’m asleep I’m a heavy sleeper until it gets light out. When it was dark, I once slept through a fire alarm. But once its light out a pin could drop and I’m awake. I have to find this very specific sweet spot to fall asleep and stay asleep.
