I do, I took seimming lessons as a kid. We also had a pool at the campground where I used to go on weekends.​

No, I'd drown and freak out cuz it wont be nearly as simple as I'd imagine being submerged in water feels like

I do but it's not the right way to swim. I can only do it for very short periods and can't hold myself above water for long in the deep end so I either have to hold onto the burning cement above the pool or stay in the shallow end.

Swimming in combination with biking (swimming for an hour, then biking for an hour) was a nice circuit training for me before I discovered Kettlebell training. Nowadays, I prefer home training because I can do workouts anytime.
