No, I just finished a book that I started a couple of weeks ago that’s only 280ish pages. As a kid I would read that in a day easily

But I do read more on my Kindle

I read six books in three days... of course they were manga. jk..

But I finished book 4 in the TMI series in life 2 days, but I was reading non-stop. Through the span of 10 hours I can read 200 pages. It takes me 2-3 minutes to read a page. So 100 pages is like 5 hours. But reading a book in a weekend is not an issue for me. But it took me a year to finish IT because Stephen King, for better or worse, loved to describe everything. Even things I could give a f**k about like Mike's yardwork. Plus it is a 1000 page book and he puts a lot of exposition. "Ben went to the library. Lets spend 6 paragraphs explaining what the library means to him..."

Most of the times I read like 20 pages a day, but if they are short and I'm being very interested, then I read more.
And well... I feel like I read the books, I rented in the library, faster than the books I own.

that actually makes total sense! Like, with library books, you only have like a month to finish them, whereas bought books can be read any old time!

If the chapters are short, I can read like two or three a day, but if they're long, I'm lucky if I finish one before losing interest. lol

It depends on if the book is good. If it's boring but still mildly interesting I'll read it slow. If it's really good, I become the Flash of reading.

I just finished reading a new-ish 600-pg digital book in slightly under a day(might hv started the 1st page/chapter weeks ago tho). But tats cause my wifi was down n the book was already downloaded to my phone n i tried to read it earlier weeks ago. My wifi is still down but im on mobile data now, if there was another book i was into rn-id try n finish another one but its just too brain-processor intense at the moment. I think i need to empty my brain to enable processing another book. I think ill watch a new episode of only murders in the building or the finale of ms marvel before then tho.
