This is a hard one, but I like High School (and College) AUs fanfictions.

High school AUs can be hard to pull off, but I have also read a lot of good ones where you can tell the author put in effort to make it realistic ^^
Canon divergence is fun, I see it often and it's a fun & easy trope, very good for creative liberties aha
