neither because I have very slightly wavy hair (basically straight) that only became slightly wavy when I was 12 because of puberty (since same thing happened to my mom, my dad's hair is totally straight and I look like him) and was completely straight otherwise

even now it's basically straight because it really only looks wavy when it's messy?

but it's too straight to be straightened and in my personal opinion people without natural curly hair (who have straight or wavy hair) do not look good in curly hair 99% of the time (that includes all kpop idols getting perms)

My hair is straight but its humid where i live so i use straightener to make it pin straight. A day before hairwash I occasionally curl it. Mostly because i use hair spray so i use it at a time that i can wash the residue asap.

mine is a bit like you described, it's not fully fully fully straight but it is a bit messy/wavy (the tiniest bit). but i only use the straightener for my bangs and to frame my face using my side bangs so technically not all my hair
