Do you think a Kpop band will ever become as popular as other traditional idol groups? (1 Viewer)

Maybe not as big as BTS, Twice, or Big Bang but just more well known and loved in Korea? Like maybe the amount of recognition that Gfriend or even TXT get?
I think Kpop bands have a lot to offer and have some great songs, they hardly ever get much attention though.

I think its possible, there is bands that have been semi popular already. Not the hugest group but known by most kpop fans and korean public. Doesnt seem like the band scene is that active right now though. There is pretty much just Day6 and N.Flying right?

FTIsland was pretty well known and loved back in the day so it's possible. It's not as common though.
