I know that it can be a cultural thing since in some Asian countries you don't always tip people. But you usually tip at least 15% where I am from (USA) when going to restaurants. u sually tip for food delivery and for Uber drives as well.

rarely, it's not really a thing here. you can tip if you want but it's not unusual if you don't.

We do tip in the UK but it's not really based on a percentage (at least not in my part of the country, maybe in London though?).

You'll be lucky as a delivery driver (of food or otherwise) to get a tip at all though.
