As someone who has had bad fruit based pizza I can tell you that pineapple pizza was not one of them that was bad as opposed to pizzas I've had where they used strawberries as a topping and the sauce and a lemon one where it had a lemon sauce which still had cheese on and that did not work at all.

I don't really have a opinion bc I never eaten pineapple on pizza.

I tried it once on a full pie. Unfortunately, the pizza spot I went to seemed like all they did was dump a small can of cubed pineapple pieces in the middle of the pie and added them after heating the pizza up.

My verdict ~ I still liked it.

But, I probably would like it better if I went to a better pizza spot where they might use a lot of pineapples, spreading them out and baked the pie that way.
