when it comes to deciding on workplaces or schools, does it matter to you?

I would want to be in safe and culturally aware place.
That and with fun co workers.

I wouldn't want to work for a religious agency. Of any kind. But there are many schools for which are religious that it doesn't really impact the education that much. If it were something employing In Loco Parentis, then I would mind.

When it came to choosing a uni, I wanted to stay in northern England, that was my main thinf. I ended up in Middlesbrough, which was about a 1hr 20min train ride away from home. It was a nice balance of being far away enough to have some independence, but close enough that if I needed to go home on any given afternoon I could do.

Absolutely. I don't think I would last very long in a place with a toxic, hyper stressful, or super competitive culture and environment.

I’ve been in toxic relationships and toxic work environments so now I’m very cautious
