It's good they have his phone but I'm wondering if that will even serve any purpose.

Yep saw about the phone thing being fake. Second thing media got wrong, they are really slipping here Well, shouldn't be too surprised. It is definitely better to just wait more legit news sources and just label other stuff as rumors before there is confirmation. It seems that phone stuff got really around that made it seem legit, fooled knetz too ^^;

I still think it could've been a leak. Think about it, Seungri initially doesn't want to hand his phone in so one of the officers has someone leak the info which causes this shit storm on the internet and by the time they leave the interrogation, Seungri ends up giving in and handing in his phone anyway to prevent further backlash when he leaves.

I guess, but there has been some misinformation spread by media jumping too quickly in things before too so unless it's source that's more legit than tabloid it might be just them spreading rumors or mistranslations ^^;

I don't think it was a mis-translation issue because the pics that @BritishLuvie posted from Koreaboo showed Knets comments plus the part about Jung Joonyoung handing in a brand new phone seem to be true so wherever the initial news came from wasn't totally inaccurate...

I know, I loved that show when it first came out but now the whole thing is kinda tarnished. Before all of this, it was funny to watch Seungri poke fun at himself but now it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth because we know the character he was portraying on the show was probably a BETTER person than him in real life!

Yeah, unfortunately... multiple cases of mediating illegal prostitution (basically pimping) and police bribery plus he was in the chatroom where they were sharing the hidden camera sex footage and joking about drugging and raping girls...
