And why? Is it because you like their character, their storyline, or just because they look cool/are cool in general?

Mine is Illidan Stormrage (World of Warcraft), and the reasons is all of the above

hm, pretty hard question, maybe characters like Big Boss or maybe The Boss (both from Metal Gear Solid series), Joel from TLOU, Arthur from RDR or Geralt Of Rivia (cheating because his origin is from a novel lmao), Ezio Auditore from AC, just because they're such incredibly well written and full fledged characters, and that's just AAA games

it's hard lmao but i'll go for Big Boss, possibly ignoring mgsv for being incomplete.
