Ah they just asked some documents i was wondering why FBI is caring if someone gambles in USA

Well as long as they pay taxes for it, all types of gambling are legal, including those ones on Horse races and some sports. The irony is that they were gambling illegally in Las Vegas, where not only there are plenty of places to play "fair and square" but also the FBI and the IRS keep an eye on everybody precisely to avoid money laundering and tax evasion.

I think it's more about integrity than perfection but not being stupid also helps.
