But we do a lot of variety shows, reality shows where you go on overnight trips, and playing games at water parks on Dream Team. Then we take birth control pills. We don't have a choice because they film for a long time. You can't go to the bathroom in the middle of the shoot because the staff will be confused. So if we have those shoots, we control it.

I can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be to perform or rehearse when it's that time of month for a female idol.
In this situation, male idols are lucky that they don't have to go through this.

Periods are the worst for any female, but as an idol it’d be pure hell. I know Solar from Mamamoo has a period tracker app, so at least that makes her seem more stable.
