actually, its a technique called a belly flop. You use your opponent's weight against them by pushing down hard on the satba and by tucking your head in their shoulder blade. I know it looks funny and all (cauz its a tv show) but she actually knew what she was doing! The guy who says "Amazing" afterwards was an actual Ssireum wrestler.
