Do you have to do the phone pocket test (or a variation) when shopping for bottoms? Basically it’s what it sounds, you have to check whether your phone fits in the pants or shorts pockets when shopping. It’s especially noticeable because my phone is bigger then my past one by enough to make a difference. Luckily all the ones I wanted passed the test obit one pair I was considering didn’t but those also turned out too big anyways

It's not I find it more comforting than pockets sometimes since I get worried about my property being stolen. I put my phone right to the left of my hip bone and it stays there with the popsocket

Oh I don’t have a pop socket so maybe that’s why. I have tried the waistband thing though and found it uncomfortable. But maybe it also depends on the shorts in question because most of mine have pockets

I’ve given up on this. During the winter I just shove it in my boot.

I have an embarrassing story about this tho. Every year there’s this festival called Navrati and the way we celebrate is by dancing around a statue. It’s inconvient to bring a bag with you and there no place to put your bag because these festivals are in large public areas. My grandma usually was happy to sit and watch the festivities and our stuff.
this one time I went alone with friends and there was no one to do that so I just shoved my money in my bra. Didn’t think I would really need it. Until I was thirsty andwasn’t paying attention to what I was doing and pulled out the money in front of the cashier.

I basically shimmy my fingers in to see if it fits

No, i just grab it or put it inside a shopping bag or so....or the cart itself....

I'm not the type that puts it anywhere else
