First time in a decade AKB is not number 1 (1 Viewer)

Many times they were 1 and 2.

They released 1 single this year in march.

They have got to get back to cranking out songs and a new Election is long overdue.

Ya could say it is a pretty epic failure from the group meant to bring positive vibes to the country in a year when it was most needed.

I wonder what they were thinking.

If Kpop could still crank out hits why could they not?

[RandAlThor]

its not like it did horrid historically either.

The management is horrible
They have yet to move on from their golden era
They have no idea how to establish new stars

To think that 2018 was the last election and that 2021 will be 3 years.
They cant still be afraid of NGT fallout can they?

I feel really bad for Miichan corona has robbed her of that last moment.
She announced over a year ago and had a grad song on Shitsuren, Arigatou.

Jurina too (although i do not really like her for some reason)

Yukiirin wanted to grad this coming year too if i understand it.

The move to make all kennin position from team 8 should have helped, Team 8 's song is high each year on request hour.
