Ants can survive a fall from any height without injury. This is due to something called terminal velocity, which is the fastest speed an object can reach. It depends on the mass, size, ect of the object, meaning that something as light as an ant would only be able to reach around 6.2 km/hr (3.9 mph), which is too small to cause damage. There are also other animals that are able to do this, for example mice, who have been recorded to fall thousands of feet and walk away uninjured in any way.
