the first part about the well mannered country is about korean affairs... he's ironic about them being pure
then... Seungri has looots of friends. BB members didn't like a lot of them. So that part with 'i am close to Seungri' may be something related to this. And in the end, the well known girls problem... Seungri's friends seem to have 'a thing' for bringing random girls
