fun fact on my walk to work wild sunflowers started growing on the bridge this year and they never had them before and theres a huge pile of them as tall as me at the end i love it

So they just pull everything and stack it up... that sounds like a great way to get stuff shipped out wrong.
Unless the procedure is a multiple verification deal ie jim pulls an order mary pulls an order and Ralf validates each and packs then ships.

but that is a bunch of work. easier to just have the 2 validate each others.

yeah its pretty bad.... especially during christmas time.. the pull orders during the day,, sure... but then i have literally 300+ items of stuff to pack in a backlog of a million carts that go all the way to down the hall. all by myself!!

they always look at how much i have to pack and literally just literally go "damn thats a lot of orders, glad im not you!"

they also arent very organized with how they put their stuff in the back too so its rough searching for the orders they pulled to pack 🥴

it really isnt 🥴🥴 i think it got worse a few months ago/a year ago because they actually got rid of the main warehouse for ship so it all falls on the stores themselves. massive orders for one lil guy. idk what corporates thinking tbh 😭😭😭

i would love if for big orders we packed together... thinkin abt how i had to pack like 600 gingerbread houses for one order... crazy out there bro... wild...
