All I'll say is dang, SM is not playing around with this SGG [ Super Girl Group as I like to affectionately nickname them ]-- as evident with the MV and actual album treatments!! They were not an off-the-cuff, let's-take-a-chance project.

Hopefully, they'll do an end-of-the-year comeback?? :: prays ::
But, if SM decides on only once a year, I can understand since the majority has their own respective groups and other things to focus on.

Agreed. It doesn't sound like it's Korean market-friendly, but then again, it has too many musical changeups for Western tastes. So I don't know where SM is aiming to go with this release.

People said their last song wasn't Korea-friendly either and it was top 5 in Melon..
(The latest I could find was September but at the time, their last song was #4 on most streamed songs of the year on Melon..as of November, it was tied for #3 for most ULs.)

I don't think the Korean gp is as afraid of change-ups and 'noise' as i-fans think it is..if the song doesn't land, I'd argue it's more about the lack of promotion (it feels like they weren't very loud about this.)

Weird i felt there was bunch of noise about this.
it was not charting this morning @ the 630 insta chart nor last night .. yena is at least getting a point :) Was why i though it missed.
