When groups begin to release excessively in english. So maybe a decade 2032. Plus there's not that many groups that I like this gen, so in ten years I assume we'll be in what gen 5. The groups I do like will be getting ready for their swan song. However, I do generally like bg which tend to last longer than gg, so...

I'm thinking the year 2026 will be the year I don't watch or listen to a single kpop song.

You also said you were leaving KS, so I'll bookmark this post so I can own you in 2026

edit: but even then I will still be listening to 4th gen and previous if 5th gen is a dud.

I'd say never, but then I also said I'd never stop being a Directioner lol no, but seriously, probably whenever idols start releasing an excess of English songs. Korenglish (Korean with English) is fine, and even English versions of Korean songs, but when artists release songs only in English, it just doesn't feel like K-pop anymore, just pop that happens to be performed by Koreans.

Monsta X's AAL and TD are exceptions to this rule, though, bc they always switch back to Korean after English albums.

Dreamcatcher. They were my ults for relatively short. I knew them on 2017; but actually stanned on 2018, a little bit after having known PassCode. By the time I registered here, I was having an ult battle within, and PassCode superseded DC way before I began actually promoting them. So PassCode were my ults; but I almost never mentioned them; talking almost constantly about Dreamcatcher.
