I feel like blood as ingredient is quite hardcore and sth lot of plp wouldn't want to try out, but there is some popular dishes in my country that are made with blood. Blood sausage and blood pancakes being the most common. I have tried those out, but I kinda don't like the taste at all blood is such strong and odd taste, very metallic. And i guess the idea is bit weird for me, but I don't eat organ meats either like liver etc.

Yes, I eat meat. That said, I have eaten blood sausage as well as blood pudding/tofu. Not my favorite but I'd rather eat it than tripe stew or liver.

yeah it just takes too weird, also don’t enjoy the texture
pig livers especially, I’m not that squeamish about food but I abhor everything about them

Isnt it funny how eating animals feels normal but eating humans weird af but otherway around with blood. Its all cultural, what we are used to thinking is cool and what is weird

Blood is a ingredient in some foods, but iv nvr had it or inclined to try it. Same with innards. In fact blood n innards are ingredients in the same place where my favorite "kway teow kia" is sold(actually the blood and/or innards seem to be major selling point, it seems to me-but im too squeamish/icked out by the texture/taste to try it.)
