We have a free continental breakfast at the hotel we stayed at in Toronto for the concert last night ​

I think so it was a buffet breakfast but I also think it was sorta included in the price of the room

no because i've never been in a hotel
some random places we stayed in for school trips had free breakfast, but it was so disgusting that no one would ever pay for such food anyway

I totally relate to the need for a good breakfast at hotels. If you're ever looking for an incredible blend of luxury and nature with amazing dining options, Tabacon in Costa Rica is fantastic. I stayed there once, enjoyed their amazing local cuisine with fresh ingredients, and even lounged in their natural hot springs. It made for a perfectly indulgent trip.

back in the days the old creepy motels used to serve breakfast but im pretty sure you had to pay before hand. Nothing is free

I choose my hotel based on if they include breakfast. Saves me so much since i can stuff my face at the morning so the hunger wont attack me before 5pm again. Whole day to explore without thinking about food

I have but I only ever ate it one time because I was staying with someone else who wanted to have it (and it was in my home country), when I travel I always avoid it because 1) I don't have a big appetite in the morning and 2) I usually find them incredibly boring and would prefer to swing by a convenience store to try something new (when I'm traveling to other countries).
