I've caught around 80 myself (mostly breeding) and I have around 100 legit different shinies lying around in different games, most of them in X/Y.

I've got around 15ish in sword and shield and only around 10 of these were caught by myself. Mostly breeding once again, some of these in raids.

Edit: I've forgot about all my Pokemon Go shinies lol. I don't play the game anymore but I've got like 20ish left, a lot of these being duplicates.

Yes, once! I remember finding Oddish back in FireRed.

I only ever found a shiny zubat in ruby. I’m sure I spent over thousands of hours on the game too
