I have
I have to pay for textbooks plus online grading sites like pearson for at least one class every semester.
I also had to buy packback for two classes for the current semester and packback is basically just a glorified discussion board.
I swear college in the US is a scam.

no, my teachers just subtly direct us to pirated versions of textbooks or online graphing calculators

i pay for textbooks every year but that's it. also i was the one paid for doing homework in middle and high school often because my friends were terrible at english so i did the assignments for them and even their younger siblings sometimes and they paid me for it :wonugl:

Yes and that is aside from projects which are all out of pocket.

for example we had to design and build a functioning catapult and hit the target from range.

I had to pay for textbooks and nothing else. Well, that's not exactly true; but the courses costs was a one time thing before each semester. Back then, there was no web and the internet was not used for that.

Not really. We had the online software for parents to see the grade back in school. But that was a while ago other than that mmm sometimes books in Uni. Some teachers used to scan their books for us, but I had to buy some

Yep in college for workbook and also sometime we had to do like online hw and so we had to pay for the program.
