Depends wat u mean by "met"? Iv met celebrities (non kpop) at autograph signings n author talks, n once at a stage door after a concert where Tori Amos meets her fans after a concert{might not happen anymore}, i was lucky to find out as this was before pre-internet days. Also Rachael Yamagata n Suzanne Vega {separate, more than once} signed autographs after their concert/perfomance a few years ago (they were rlly good signing till after midnite i think).

Well... I have met a lot of celebrities. My country, Faroe Islands, is so small that I actually know some of them personally.
I have once met a Danish actor in an amusement park, while me and my classmates were travelling in Denmark.
