If you haven't tried already, buy a pack of Halls Cough Drops because the menthol ingredient will almost immediately puncture the stuffiness and relieve you of it.

The cinnamon ones, yeah.

Spicy things in general give you a runny nose, which would help when you have a stuffy nose, @lexus have smth you find spicy, even spicy ramen works

same except ill wake up not being able to breathe through my nostril
ill either blow my nose really hard in a tissue til I can breathe (I don't recommend this its my last option)
or using a nasal wash
