Unfortunately even if BBC can't promote Loona in terms of promotions ever again however the name is still valuable for the company since they can use Loona to promote another group if they have a potential group they can put together

Apparently this isn't the final verdict but due to the changes the others weren't considered bad enough conditions for the injunction to go through for them but they'll at least have to do what BBC wants them to do

The thing is about the contract that Chuu talked about is that if a project goes negative it doesn't impact BBC at first since the girls take the fall of the project so a project has to do really bad for it to hurt the companys profits
