Idk if any of you have had this problem but sometimes when I go to save a gif or picture it saves it as a WEBP file which is windows media player extension. So I found this site where you can convert it to a gif, jpg, png etc.

It's free obviously and easy to use!

I've had to use it quite a few times.​

Here's another really good one that also converts webp to any other file type. It has more features than the other.

I use photopea for that because I use photopea for other things too, but as long as it works, those other sites can be good. Ezgif is my go to for gif editing though most of the times (the rest of the time I use photopea for that, though I don't do much gif editing).
