For card challenges (and to complete your daily via a card challenge), you now need to;

1. Post your challenge within the current "Today's Card Challenge Thread".
2. Post 1 thread anywhere on the forum
3. 15 comments/posts

Do all those and you complete your daily.

The alternative; 2 threads (with one in the Korean, Japanese or Chinese section) + 15 comments/posts still count for daily completion.
