I can understand stuff like Girl Crush or Laysha getting rated 19+ but this wasn't even bad, AOA MVs are a lot more suggestive than thisHuh. Well maybe they didn't want it to 19+ territory so it could be broadcasted like you said. Mv's get 19+ tag quite easily in Korea, even some that look tame af. Like Big Bang's Bae Bae is 19+. And the mv's can get banned from broadcast for silliest reasons, one song from F.Cuz was banned cause they had colorful hairstyles in school setting (.. doesn't every kpop mv with school setting have that?) and PSY's Gentleman cause he kicked traffic cone in the mv.
