Winner became loser, ikon is iDone, BigBang continued to stay BigGone. Ain't nobody treasuring Treasure and the charts show it
Only ones keeping the lights on were BP and AKMU.

Will Baby Monster turn the tide and be proof that the YG branding is big enough to overcome scandals and 10 separate police investigations? Or is the Big 4 gonna downsize back to the Big 3 without them?

Same. I suspect they will have a large fandom carry over from being the sister group to BP but I lowkey forgot how much crap BP got from 2NE1 fans initially pre-debut. I think the tide is beginning to shift away from a Girl Crush concept (FINALLY) to whatever sound you'd describe NJ/IVE music imo. YG's gg will more than likely do a Girl Crush concept which they are probably late to the playing field.

I don’t think they’ll flop. But we barely got to see them on the intro vid. And music direction is important too. So without those factors its hard to tell. GP still love Winner and Bigbang released something 8 months ago without promotion and GP ate it up, even though they claim to hate them.

Choice37 is their main producer, not Teddy but he’s still a YG producer. So they’ll still have a YG sound whichever music direction he chooses. These girls won’t have Teddy behind them like BP and 2ne1 did.

Their youtube channel has also got 246k Subscribers in 20 hours.
I’d say they’re doing pretty well… for now.

I feel like they'll be huge but might miss out on lots of opportunities because of mismanagement in classis YG style, but only time will tell
