How can someone say they hate kpop stans but stan NCT (1 Viewer)

You can be a nct Stan but not a kpop Stan. Kpop is a genre of music, liking one group out of that genre doesn't make you a fan of said genre.

You can stan a group but hate certain aspects of your own fandom. I’m an EXO-L and the akgaes are horrendous. I saw Baekhyun trending earlier on Twitter, and it was because his akgaes and Chanyeol’s akgaes were fighting.

personally i wouldn't say that i dislike kpop stans in such a generalized way but i can understand being disillusioned with people of your own fandoms because I have been regularly disappointed by many fandoms throughout the years i've been into kpop
