How do you cool yourself down during hot days? (1 Viewer)

It really depends on the type of hot.
Muggy hot almost nothing works as well as super air conditioning.
shoot 80 + (27) can be miserable with 70-80% + humidity.

Personally i am used to hot to really hot but its more like oven hot that sauna hot.
For that a cold drink (large) or a shower works.
But i grew up playing outside in 100-110 + (37-44+ )summers.

i keep the house at 80 and that feels cold.

Oh I feel you. It’s about 102 over here and it’s only gonna get worse .
I stay inside during the day and blast the AC (which is expensive) And try to only go out in the evening/night when it cools down a bit. also drink lots of water!
