I eat one section at a time. So for lunh i had bok choy, rice, and a potato beef fried mix thing. I ate the potato beef thing first, then the rice, and now the bok choy.

do you eat your food in sections or do you mix it all up?? Idk if this is a thing lol

Like I would never eat my hamburger before my fries, or my fries before the hamburg.
Just together lol.

I have a stronger "underbite" (idk if thats what u say in English), so for some meat I eat it's kinda difficult unless I eat it together with rice, potatoes etc.

There is one way I eat my food and it is the correct way... Since you are famished when you eat meals you are unlikely to enjoy the main course since you are so hungry. Eat the side first. So when you start eating the main course you are able to savor it. If the main course consists of something like grilled cheese sandwiches or fried chicken, eat the smaller of the sandwich or chicken pieces first.
