for me when my leg starts aching then I know I'm really tired and I should sleep. i also tend to make more spelling mistakes when I'm tired. i don't really yawn much tho

I just don't have energy to move anymore, my eyes feel heavy and I can barely get myself to do the basic stuff like brushing my teeth, showering etc

yeah I love sleeping but not the part of getting ready to sleep so there's no in between, either I'm out as soon as I feel it so I get it out of the way, or I avoid it and end up staying up til 4 in the morning

yeah exactly like... if I start to get so tired that I want to sleep but I didn't do any of the basic things yet, I get so annoyed I like that sleepy mode but when I am ready to sleep
