Mood I will think they’re lying and just saying it to flatter me. I am trying to get better at taking compliments about my looks

Compliments irl are especially awkward, its like theres no reaction time to think of a response

Awkwardly accept what they're saying despite not believing them and just say thank you and move on.
I generally don't like hearing compliments of any kind especially based around my appearance, it use to make me really annoyed, now I kinda just bypass it with a thank you, I hope they don't ever mention it again.
