If it's a fight with a person then I either yell if they're yelling or speak calmly if I'm disrespected. Sometimes I cry from anger, or turn really passive-aggressive and laugh it off. feel like I'm different each time I'm angry because it's the hardest and largest emotion for me in my life to control. I've felt a lot of anger in my life but still haven't got the hang of how to release it :')
