It may be in the 60s where I live but... I still feel cold since yesterday

I hate cold windy days honestly. This polar bear shows how I feel right now:

It’s all perspective. One time I was thinking about how it was chilly and I could really use a sweatshirt in 79 degree weather after much higher temperatures for a good while. Usually I get cold easily but not that easily by any means.
